Ten months ago ten students walked into the same room not knowing what to expect. Now months later they walk together as a team knowing that they gave it their all.
The Lion's Roar Newspaper Staff came together this year to produce quality news for the student body and to make the newspaper belong to the students. "We made the newspaper for the students, not for ourselves," said 2014-2015 Editor-in-Chief, Briana Ortega. "The staff really worked hard to get as many different people and clubs into the paper as they could. They protected the Pride and kept the students informed. I couldn't be more proud of them, " says their advisor Mrs. Searle.
The seniors and those pursuing other dreams will be greatly missed. The juniors and sophomores returning next year have big shoes to fill, but there is no doubt they will be the team to get the job done. Best of luck to all the graduating seniors from PHS and good luck as you begin writing the next chapter of your lives.
