Tree Auction!

Submitted by kate.searle on

Every year, Payson High School’s clubs give to charity in a fun way with the annual Tree Auction.  Selected clubs design a christmas tree with different decorations and themes, The money made from selling these trees goes to families to help give them a Christmas worth remembering. The trees were sold at the home basketball game on Tuesday, December 1. The clubs that participated were: Student Council, DECA, Debate, Choir, Japanese Club, Cheer, HOPE Squad, Girls Basketball, HOSA, Key Club, FFA, and PTSA.  The trees all looked amazing and all sold at the auction.  The Cheerleaders tree, “Candy-land Christmas”, sold for the most at 190 dollars.  Thanks to all the clubs for participating in a good cause, and thanks to all those who purchased a tree!
