Señor Peck, Spanish teacher at Payson High School who loves to travel so much that he’s been to every state in the Nation, plans to take students on a trip to Spain in the Summer of 2020. There will be a meeting on Wednesday, April 24 at 6:30 PM for those students who are thinking about or even thinking about thinking about going on the trip. Students that will be attending Payson High School next school year, are eligible to go, even if they will be graduating in 2020. Señor Peck says, “We have a parent information meeting where I’ll give more information on Wednesday in my room E7.” Peck says that in this meeting he will tell you how to pay for it, how to make it affordable and have the best time.

During fall break this school year, several students from Payson High School and Nebo School District took a trip to New York City. Janean Thomas, who takes the students to New York and organizes this trip every other year said that this trip was “Awesome” she added, “The cost is high, but everyone says it is very worth it and I agree.”

A student from the High School, Dominique Colipi is from Andalusia, a region in Spain. Colipi says, “I think that it’s an amazing opportunity for students to travel, especially if this is another country in another continent: even more if it’s as beautiful as Spain.”

“Come enjoy Spain,” Señor Peck said in a Pride segment announcing the meeting.
