Submitted by kate.searle on

Over the past few weeks many students, teachers, and parents have been a part of the Pride by simply posting on social media using the hashtag #PHSLIONS.  As the school year progresses we will highlight proud Lions who share their pride by tweeting, posting, and instantly capturing unforgettable moments.

Today's highlights include the PHS football team raising the flag to honor veterans, HOSA club, happenings in the library, Hope Squad shout out, and PHS Choirs event.

Be sure to use #PHSLIONS to share your PHS pride too!

Friday, September 8th and Tuesday September 12th were “days of giving” for the Walmart located in Payson. Walmart showed up at Payson High School with a wooden pallet full of school supplies for the teachers and students. This was a very unexpected gift that was very much appreciated. One teacher who benefitted from this donation was Señor Peck. He said, “It wasn’t anything huge some red pens and other school supplies, but it was definitely appreciated.”
