6 Tips to Not Pee Your Pants at a Haunted House

  1. Don’t go by yourself. In every single horror movie, everything starts to go bad when the group splits up. If you go by yourself, that will involve a lot more scaring. Also, if you go by yourself, don’t go to haunted houses. Go places where you can maybe make a friend or two.

  2. Stay towards the middle of the group. If you stay in the middle, the people in front of you will be scared before you. If they try to sneak up and scare you from behind they won’t scare you. The people behind you will get scared. So you will know when something is coming, and be ready for it.

  3. Go fast. Get in and out of that place as fast as you can. For some reason when people go through haunted houses they slow down and crouch. Crouching is helping no one. It’s not a very good defensive method. It  just makes it easier for you to be scared.

  4. Just remember, it isn’t real. The people scaring you are normal people, just like you. It’s their job to scare you. Ya, they might enjoy it, but they are still normal people who are acting out a part.

  5. Remember to go to the bathroom before entering the haunted house. It is possible to be scared so badly that you lose control of your bladder. If you go to the bathroom before, your bladder will be empty and no liquid will come out.

  6. Take a date.  No better way to break the touch barrier than a trip to a haunted house.  But just remember tip #5.
