Donate shoes to make a difference

Miss Payson 2017 Kaisley Theobald is collecting shoes for Burkina Faso, Africa.  Theobald says, "all the shoes collected go to people who have worn down, holey shoes with no soles or to kids who have never owned a pair of shoes in their life. We have the luxury of having a couple pairs of shoes or shoes that we don’t even wear. We are so lucky!! If you are cleaning out your closet, I would love to take any shoes off your hands!"

You can drop off bags or boxes at the Payson City Center or there is a collection box at Payson High School in the front office. The deadline for shoes is March 22nd. Everything helps and everything is appreciated by these people that need so much.  You can make a difference just by donating one pair of shoes.
