The Payson/Santaquin Area Business Chamber would like to recognize 2 Athletes of the Week from Payson High School.
Competing In Boys Track - Denver Spanheimer - This week, Denver broke 2 junior boys records (110m hurdles & Long Jump) and qualified for state in 3 different events (200m Dash, 110m Hurdles, Long Jump).
Competing in Girls Lacrosse - Morgan Jacobson - She is the team leading scorer and with her play on the field, she displays her high lacrosse IQ. Morgan is a great leader on and off the field. She shares her skills with the Payson youth as she coaches the community youth Lacrosse team.
These Athletes are recognized with a certificate and the sponsor, Menchies, gives each athlete gift cards for frozen yogurt.
