Female Athlete
Presley Ryan - Volleyball. The volleyball team hosted a state playoff game, and this is the 1st time this has happened in PHS history. Presley finished her senior year leading the Lions in all that she does both on and off the court. This year she has 271 kills, 36 blocks, 44 aces, 157 digs, and 21 assists all while maintaining a 4.0 GPA.
Male Athlete
Owen Cottle - Football. The football team won the 2nd round of the playoffs for the first time since 1971. In last week's win, Owen Cottle had several tackles, 3 sacks, and hit the QB as he was throwing to give his teammate Lincoln Ewell a fumble that was picked up and returned for the team's winning touchdown.
