For anyone who is having a hard time managing anxiety, ANGST is a film that gives a positive, hopeful message of strategies and resources available to students. The film will begin at 6:00 pm on Tuesday, Oct. 30, in Payson High School auditorium. The film will be followed by a Q&A session with a panel of professionals. 1.5 hours of detention is available per student and per parent/guardian so a possibility of 4.5 hours.
