Willis Pulver took great pride in serving in many community volunteer service positions. He also had a great passion for art, as a painter and a teacher. Will graduated from Payson High School in 1948, then Snow College and BYU with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Education. He served in the U.S. Army, during the Korean Conflict.

Will taught at Spanish Fork Elementary, Payson Jr. High and Payson High School for 30 years. He owned and managed Will-lo Hobby Shop in Payson for 25 years. He also had a great passion for art, as a painter and a teacher.
